Aid Stations need to be setup prior to any runners arriving at their station.  The times listed below are from previous years indicating the first and last runners through the indicated aid station.  It is recommended you arrive one hour or more prior to your first runner. Those with previous experience at the aid station should know what is required to be set up and ready before any runners arrive.
